Villa Spiros is an attractive modern, airconditioned, 175 sqm house situated on the south coast of Crete, about 500 m from Agia Galini. The house is built on three levels, set in 5000 sqm grounds and is suitable for 6-8 people.
The main entrance to the villa is on the first floor level. The ground floor consists of a living room with sofa and a double traditional bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom/wc. All the bedrooms and the livingroomon on the first floor have airconditioning. The living area opens onto a large veranda where you can find a portable barbecue for your use. On the first floor there is another open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine etc) which includes a big dining table for 8 persons. The livingroom area has a stone fireplace, a TV and a radio-cd player. On the same floor you’ll find another bathroom/wc, a bedroom with twin beds and a large balcony offering beautiful, panoramic views of the surrounding hills, olive trees and the sea.
The top floor has one more bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom/wc and a large balcony with even lovelier views. Next to the bathroom of the top floor there is a washing machine. All three floors of the villa are connected with interior staircases.
The nearest sand and single beach is 600 meter away, while a large variety of shops and restaurants can be found in the center of the pretty steeply terraced village of Agia Galini.We consider a car to be essential.
